How to have different engraving on more than one item?

Need several of the same item with different engraving on each?  No problem, we can do that!  Simply fill out the engraving information for first one, click on "Click Here to Order".  Your cart now has one item.  Click on the "Keep Shopping" link on lower left of cart page.  This will return you to blank item page.  Enter engraving information for second gift and "Click Here to Order".  Your cart now has 2 items, each with different engraving.  Just repeat until you're done and "Check Out".

Placing an Order

The BEST way to place an order on our website is to use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your credit card information. This allows us to process your order more QUICKLY and server you better!  If you would prefer to place an order by phone, please call us.

Engraving Details

All personalization is included with your price - there are no additional fees.  Items will be engraved exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters.  If we are uncertain as to your intentions, we will contact you for clarification before we process your order. Please note, all dates are engraved using hyphens (example: 10-6-2007).

We personalize each gift with the font as it is pictured.  You will notice font styles do vary from product to product.  This cannot be changed.  We can only personalize your gift with the font pictured.

Estimated Delivery Date Our shipping fees are based on how quickly you want your order delivered. Please note that all orders to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to a $27.95 shipping fee. Need it sooner? Non-personalized wedding favors from our Wedding Favors department will usually ship 2 business days faster.  This depends on availability of the item and credit verification. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We prefer to use UPS delivery, however please note that some very light orders (such as garters or earrings) will ship via regular mail.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of California (7.75%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Los Angeles, California. All other states are tax-exempt.

Guarantee/Returns

At Engraved Gift Creations, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your non-customized gift, we'll exchange it or refund the credit card used for purchase. We are sorry, we cannot refund or exchange items that have already been personalized for you. Email customerservice@engravedgiftcreations.com within 7 days of receiving order for return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.

Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY for damage. In the unlikely event an item was damaged during shipping or was personalized incorrectly, we will be happy to replace it at no cost to you within 7 days of receiving the item, just contact us at customerservice@engravedgiftcreations.com or 888-580-7048.
