We are sorry, we cannot refund or exchange items that have already been personalized for you. Just email us within 10 days of receiving your gifts at Customerservice@engravedgiftcreations.com for return instructions and a Return Authorization Number, or call 888-580-7048.
Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY for damage. In the unlikely event an item was damaged during shipping or was personalized incorrectly, we will be happy to replace it quickly and at no cost to you.
